About Me
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be beautiful, rewarding, and deeply joyful—
but it can also feel overwhelming, confusing, and incredibly lonely at times.
I know because I've lived it. I'm not only a neurodiverse parenting coach—I'm also the parent of a child with ADHD-2e (ADHD and giftedness) OCD and Sensory Processing Disorder. For more than 15 years, I've walked the same path that many of the parents
I work with are on today.
Like so many families, my journey began with questions. I searched for answers, tried to understand my child, navigated evaluations and diagnoses, advocated through IEP and 504 meetings, and explored different therapies and treatment options.
Along the way, I discovered that what my child needed most wasn't for me to become
a "perfect" parent—it was for me to understand how their unique brain worked and
learn how to support it.
Everything began to change when I found the Calm & Connected® Parenting Method, created by Cindy Goldrich. The practical, compassionate strategies transformed the way
I parented. Our home became calmer. Our relationship grew stronger. I learned how to better understand my child's nervous system, support emotional regulation,
and respond in ways that built connection instead of conflict.
The impact on our family was so meaningful that I became a licensed Calm & Connected® Parenting Method provider. I wanted other parents to have the support
I wish I'd had during those early years. No family should have to figure it all out alone.
Today, I combine my professional training with my own lived experience to support parents with empathy, practical tools, and encouragement. My goal isn't to help you become a perfect parent—it's to help you feel more confident, more connected to your child, and better equipped for the unique journey you're on.
I would be honored to help you and your family move from chaos to connection.
